Our Story

The Mindful Table was created based on an incredible need for vegan and gluten-free meal options that taste delicious. We understand the difficulty of figuring out new recipes and meal ideas when you have food allergies or you want to eat less or zero animal products. We have integrated our love for cooking with mindful eating to create a new way to eat.

We believe just because something is challenging does not mean it should be ignored. No one should have to compromise their physical and emotional well-being to satisfy their cravings.

Recipe mastermind, Kele Siegel has a Bachelors of Science Degree with a Health Issues Focus from The University of Toledo, and previously was an Ohio Certified HemoDialysis Technician for 15 years. The Mindful Table was created due to Kele’s own dietary restrictions and how it was affecting her daily life.
